No issues , I enjoy using Big Commerce. To date I'm very satisfied with support and assistance throughout the past years I've been using Big Commerce.

I've been using Big Commerce to build my store, but after I paid, I got really disappointed. First, to set up taxes, no app is working properly for me in Canada.

Then, I still tried to launch my store, but when I click on 'Launch My Store,' it does nothing, meaning I'm not able to launch it and I'm losing money.

I pay $39.99 USD for 1 month of standard membership, and I'm not able to receive orders because of this. I'm asking you to refund me my $39.99 USD.

I recently received an email claiming its from the hr of BigCommerce and they sent me a questionnaire to fill out for the remote graphic designer position. As I am actively applying for similar jobs I didnt think twice and sent the filled questionnaire.

Today I received an offer letter, saying that I have been hired and they are asking for more personal details which I am hesitant in giving since there has not been a single Interview, phone call or video call or any sort of interaction before the hiring process. Can you confirm if this is legit or a scam.

If it is a scam, please do take legal action as it is the name of your successful corporation that is being used.

On April 13,2022, I got an alert to my phone saying that there was a charge for $311.90 to taovshop.com GAFANHA DEU to my card ending in 8681, which I never even heard of. I found out that this website is through Bigcommerce.

I have blocked my card and reported stolen and made a police report about this. I want my $311.90 back to my PayPal account. I am disputing these charges through PayPal and Netspend.

I called bigcommerce to let them know that they were hosting a website that was selling FAKE GOODS. I spoke to two different people and they acted like they could care less.

The website is Harlembling.com, they sell jewelry.

I purchased a SOLID .925 sterling silver rope chain, and a pendant for my son, and within a few days it turned a brass/copper color.

I contacted harlembling and they basically told me I was a liar. The chain is fake, there is ABSOLUTELY no doubt in my mind.

Bigcommerce should NOT allow websites to sell fake goods on their servers, but they do, and they didn't even seem to be concerned.

I will NEVER do business with Harlembling.com or Bigcommerce.com!

I requested a trial subscription that was to last for 15 days and deactivate unless subscriber(me) paid for the subscription. I never paid for the subscription, nor did I give permission to anyone to charge any bank, credit, debit card for any subscription.

I have noticed that my personal bank account and my Paypal account was charged for $85.55 for a subscription that I never ordered, wanted, or used.

I want this subscription terminated, and any funds/moneys returned. I have sent an email 8 days ago and have yet to receive a response.

He is a dental assistant/hygienist that makes dentures illegally in his home. Only a licensed dentist is allowed to make dentures in the State of Iowa.

This information has been passed on the the Iowa Dental Board as well as the Iowa Attorney General.

Yes, I am a customer too and they are a terrible company. I launched several sites with them, and they recently (earlier this year) increased the prices on all stores. I was never informed of the increase, and found that my monthly fee was suddenly increased to over $1,000 per month (from the $80 I was originally promised when I signed up).

They know people like me are stuck with them, so they decided to pull a bait and switch tactic and simply force us (i.e., the more successful companies in terms of order volume) to pay insanely high fees for a service that is automated.

If you are considering becoming a customer on Shopify or Volusion, or Magento or anyone else, I can tell you from experience that BigCommerce is the least trustworthy company. They are out to steal money from you any way they can get it, and they do not make any reasonable effort to treat you fairly, once they have charged your credit card. Stay away!
